Working brand side for almost all of my career, I saw the pitfalls of agencies. Just over a year ago I decided to leave brand and work for myself. The benefit of this being I still think like a team member, not an agency employee. I feel the wins and feel the losses even greater.

These are questions I'd have with working with an agency.
Why should I hire you instead of an agency?
Because when you hire me, you get me. Not a senior who pitches and disappears. Not a junior learning on your account. Just one person who's been doing this for ten years and cares whether your business works.
What's the real difference in how you work?
Small roster. I cap at eight clients, which sounds like a sales pitch until you realise what it actually means: I can know your margins, your customer, your creative library, your retention curves, by heart. Most agencies can't. Mine isn't a different process, it's a different level of attention.
What if you're not the right fit?
I tell you on the first call. I've sent people to other consultants, told founders to hire in-house instead, and occasionally told them to stop spending on ads entirely. My reputation is built on those calls, not the ones where I close.
What is the process and how long does it take?
